Le Cinquante Cinq Restaurant, located at Espace 55 in Poisy, is looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team.
Prepare and plate dishes for your assigned section
Ensure consistent quality and compliance with recipe specifications
Assist with mise en place and the smooth organisation of kitchen service
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in accordance with HACCP regulations
Work closely with the Head Chef and the entire kitchen team
Profile
Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie role
Strong culinary skills and excellent organisational abilities
Team player with a meticulous, reliable, and autonomous approach
Motivated and eager to contribute to a dynamic restaurant environment
Primarily lunchtime service, Monday to Saturday
Occasional evening service depending on business activity and special events
