As part of our local growth strategy and strengthened on-the-ground presence around Lake Annecy, we are seeking a Real Estate Development & Transactions Manager (M/F) to join our team.
This strategic position covers the full real estate value chain, combining agency presence, property development, advisory expertise, and high-end sales.
Agency Presence & Client Relations
Ensure regular in-agency presence several times per week
Welcome, qualify, and support sellers and buyers
Animate and promote the agency through daily communication initiatives (events, window displays, digital presence, etc.)
Business Development & Property Sourcing
Conduct active prospecting along Lake Annecy and surrounding areas
Develop an off-market property portfolio and secure exclusive mandates
Identify acquisition opportunities for Groupe Dunoyer development projects (building plots, renovation, demolition, redevelopment opportunities)
Maintain and grow a strong local professional network (municipalities, notaries, architects, craftsmen, prescribers, etc.)
Valuation Expertise & Strategic Advisory
Conduct property valuation appointments
Analyze development potential: renovation, extension, demolition, feasibility under local urban planning regulations (PLU)
Provide strategic advice to sellers to optimize property value and positioning
Luxury Property Sales & Negotiation
Manage mandates, organize viewings, and deliver targeted property proposals
Lead negotiations through to final signature
Ensure premium client relationship management with discretion and personalized follow-up
Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate transactions, property development, or real estate advisory
Strong analytical skills: accurate property valuation, in-depth understanding of urban planning regulations and renovation potential
Field-oriented mindset with a strong taste for prospecting and client interaction
Autonomous, rigorous, accountable, and able to report regularly to management while collaborating closely with Groupe Dunoyer departments
Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of the Annecy area and established real estate network in Haute-Savoie
Professional English required
Driving license (Category B) required
