Groupe Dunoyer is recruiting a Sales Executive specializing in high-end real estate and luxury construction for the mountain sector.
Based in the Arve Valley and surrounding areas, you will be responsible for the sales of Maisons & Chalets Dunoyer across the following territories: Pays du Mont-Blanc, Les Gets, Morzine, Haut-Chablais, Tarentaise, and other mountain resorts (non-exclusive sector).
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a strong local network of business partners and referral sources (real estate agencies, notaries, architects, and introducers)
Support a high-end French and international clientele throughout their luxury home construction projects
Identify and secure exceptional land opportunities for clients
Qualify prospects, analyze their needs, and propose tailor-made architectural projects
Conduct commercial negotiations and manage projects through to contract signing
Work closely with architectural and technical teams to ensure project excellence
Actively contribute to the brand awareness and premium image of Dunoyer across the mountain territories
Proven experience in the sale of luxury real estate, chalets, houses, or high-end products
Strong knowledge of the mountain real estate market
Fluent French and English required (international clientele)
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong client-service mindset
Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor
Autonomous, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in the field
Sensitivity to architecture, design, and the luxury lifestyle sector
Driving license (Category B) required
